H for Herbs!

The next alphabet is up on the blog. Although a long pending post, this comes right in time. My new love in the kitchen - Italian herbs! I am loving the essence it impacts on my pastas.

The flavour of Oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary seems dancing in my Aglio olio spaghetti; when there is lots of garlic and some green gowned Brocolli being tossed in to the whole Spaghetti ballet!

My kitchen now smells with a combination of Indian and Italian herbs. I don't complain when there is so much flavour to wake up to. Happy Cooking!
