Author your own fate | Write Tribe Festival Of Words June 2018

Sometimes, life throws us stones instead of showering us with flowers! We, humans, despite knowing that we need to take whatever is thrown at us and move ahead in life, we tend to crib and feel dejected! We ask the classic question - 'Why me?'. Have you asked that question if it was the same flowers thrown at you instead the stones - 'Why did you chose me?' 

No. We don't. 

We remain happy and contended as long as things go as we wished for. But when things go the different way, we can't take it. Because we are humans! We are constant learners. We learn how to discipline ourselves. We learn how to do tasks. We learn new skills. We learn new languages. We learn how to behave better. We learn etiquettes. 

We need to learn to take our lifes in our own hands. Why so? 

This is our life and we are the Makers or Breakers of it. We should take control and cruise the ship in whatever way we want it to go. It can be a bit rough in the sea out there but have your confidence. Take that risk and know that you can rewrite your own destiny.

Because.....

"Our fate lives within us. You only have to be brave enough to see it."

We are the authors of our own fate. It is us and what's inside us. It is the simple steps we take to change the way we look at it which will make the difference. 

Easy said than done! Right? Yes, may be! But, be a learner. Be a brave soldier. Be there for you. Take that step by step and you are sure to author your own fate.  Only the weak says 'Why me?' and 'This is my fate'. The strong ones says 'I'm going to be the author of my fate and lets begin afresh'. 

Take a look at the vast ocean. It shows us the unseen horizons. Look at the waves of the beach coming towards you and asking you to go ahead the brave way and touch the untouched horizons! 

When you are in a rough patch in your life, understand that it makes your better and harder. Nothing is difficult, it just seems not so easy in the beginning. You will get it easily when you master it. When things take a different turn, look at the best side and latch on to it. Take control and endure what is thrown at you! 

Who knows? Those stones can be the precious ones too!
